C. Mid 20th Century,

A weighty vintage table lamp combining a richly veined marble column with warm bronze-toned brass metal detailing. The design has a strong classical feel, with a square marble plinth, cylindrical marble stem and sculptural stacked orb detail above.

The marble shows beautiful natural variation, with soft cream, grey and deep russet veining running through the body and base. The aged brass metal has attractive patina, surface wear and tonal depth, adding character and warmth to the piece.
