A highly decorative pair of vintage French Louis XV style wall lights, designed with five elegant candle-form arms and richly detailed gilt bronze metalwork. Grand, romantic and full of heritage character, these sconces bring the warmth and refinement of classical French interiors to a room.
 
Each wall light is formed with a tapering central backplate, scrolling acanthus-style arms and ornate candle cups with beaded and foliate decoration. The gilt finish gives the pair a soft antique glow, highlighting the depth of the casting and the sculptural quality of the design. Still in original condition, wiring is surface is mounted and can be easily removed for the use of real candles.
